Cambridge Starters
Pre A1 Starters is the first of three Cambridge English certificates designed for young learners. These assessments introduce children to everyday written and spoken English and are an excellent way to build their confidence and improve their English.
These assessments are written around familiar topics and focus on the skills needed to communicate effectively in English through listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Cambridge Movers
A1 Movers is the second of three tests designed for the youngest children. All this range of tests, with its three versions, introduces children to everyday spoken and written English. They are an excellent way for them to gain confidence and improve their English.
The tests are written around familiar topics and focus on the skills that are necessary to communicate effectively in English. That is, listening comprehension (Listening), oral expression (Speaking), reading comprehension (Reading) and written expression (Writing).
Cambridge Flyers
A2 Flyers, also known as Young Learners English: Flyersis the next step in the child's language learning journey, following the child's A1 Movers. It is an ideal way to to show that children can cope with everyday written and spoken English at a basic level.
A2 Flyers is the top level of these three fun and motivating Cambridge English: Young Learners exams, aimed at children in primary and secondary school.
MaterialIt includes a book for the acquisition of the objectives and contents of this level, as well as the fungible material for this course.

Levels
A1 (Beginner)
Can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type. Can introduce him/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives and talk about people he/she knows and things he/she owns. Can interact with others in a simple way, provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is willing to help.
A2 (Elementary English)
Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to topics of immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment). Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. Can describe in simple terms aspects of his/her personal history, immediate environment and matters of immediate need.
B1 (Intermediate English)
Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, etc. Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken. Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions, and briefly give explanations and reasons for opinions and plans.
B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
Can understand the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical analyses in his/her field of specialisation. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue, giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
C1 (Advanced English)
Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts and recognise implicit meaning. Can express ideas fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes. Can produce clear, detailed, well-structured text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organisational structures, connectors and cohesive devices.
C2 (Proficiency)
Can understand with ease virtually everything heard or read. Can summarise information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments and accounts in a coherent presentation. Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, distinguishing between finer layers of meaning even in more complex situations.
